All payments made to Profyld for Professional and Executive plans are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rata reimbursements for any unused portion of a subscription period.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage you to explore the free Starter plan fully before upgrading to ensure Profyld meets your needs.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your portfolio will go private and your account will revert to the free Starter plan. No charges are made after cancellation.
In the rare case of a technical error or duplicate charge caused by our system, please contact us at support@profyld.com within 7 days. We will investigate and, if the error is confirmed on our end, issue a correction promptly.
